it means the dragon has the size stats of a fae instead of a normal nocturne, its a neat little bug that used to happen when breed changing dragons into nocturnes or bogsneaks. its patched now though, so new tiny glitch dragons cannot be made. easiest way to tell is to compare the dragon's weight to another, normal sized nocturne, the tiny glitched one is 1.71 kg, compared to a normal nocturne's 589.83 kg!
