Among the hustle, bustle and all too common explosions of the Arcane flight lies the calm, little Association of Filos. Although tradition is strictly upheld, the current leaders are actually somewhat lax when it comes to punishment. Still, should a dragon come close to endangering the clan, extreme measures may be taken. As per tradition, all hatchlings are raised, trained and tested before being sent to serve under their deity, the Arcanist. However those who demonstrate certain results during the last test are requested to stay within the clan.

After the accidental discovery of a large scale teleportation spell by a dragon, whom shall not be named, the clan of Filos has developed an unhealthy habit of disappearing whenever everydragon within it's premise is asleep and reappearing in a completely different location should even a single dragon wake up. Thankfully the clan has never appeared outside of Arcane territory but in fear of this, at least two dragons every night are always assigned to stay awake.

The Association has a firm belief that serving the Arcanist is and will always be the absolute honour and therefore has a strict training program for raising capable hatchlings. Only those who show special skills are offered to stay within the Association. However, it is not looked down upon should a dragon choose to not serve 'directly' under the Arcanist.

There is generally a neutral good aliment within the clan as the rules aren't particularly strict and the punishments justifiable.

The acting feudal lord and/or lady are the main decision makers and therefore Leaders, however, laws are first passed through a jury made up of nine randomly selected permanent members of the association. There isn't a clear hierarchy (sans the Leader(s)) however, guards and those with roles that are obligated to protect the Association are considered of higher importance.

Of the yet uncounted number of titles currently officially and unofficially acknowledged within the association, the most common are:

-(Royal) Guard: The selected individuals whose duty is to protect the acting Lord or Lady as well as all delegates sent and received by the clan.
-Scholar: Anydragon who dabbles in research of science or magic are give this tile, to use it is up to their choice.
-Delegate/ Representative: A self explanatory role. Dragons with this title have vast (sometimes questionable) knowledge about other flights.
