I am always happy to offer up empty nests to host clutches, free of charge. I just love seeing new babies!

I am no longer dealing with collateral, simply because I am a truck driver and have a very hectic schedule and am on FR sporadically so negotiations over collateral end up long and drawn out. I am usually on for a few minutes at a time throughout the day, sometimes only once a day though. Rest assured, I can provide references if needed for people who have used my nests in the past. I even have some who are regular visitors. :)
