Unfortunately, that isn't possible, however what me and a friend of mine did was she traded me a dragon for one treasure, which is possible.
One treasure isn't exactly a big loss, so you can offer that :)

Aha, by that I mean you can find some gorgeous dragons for really decent prices :)
If you look in my lair all but one of my dragons were bought at the auction house for really decent prices ;) You just have to do a bit of hunting!

Also, to elaborate on the Auction House, it's a GREAT place to find new dragons! Take a little time to look around- you can find some gems in there! Also, if you want to see what a hatchling will look like grown, pop over to the Scrying Workshop :)

There are adoption center things on the forums for new players and stuff, I'm sure there's one for Arcane, I just haven't checked. There's also the Auction house where you can buy dragons for treasure and gems! Any other questions? :D
