They call her the Dark Lady. She appears like a shadow in the night, undetectable and frightening. Only the glitter of her army of glimmer-ifyed coatls and the whisper of the rare skins and accents she carries can one be able to detect her.

Her reputation is well-known among those that frequent the skin market. "No one knows her true name but she is the woman who spends countless amounts of precious metal and rare stones to decorate her children with the finest of artist-made accents. We, in equal parts, love her and fear her." Says one anonymous artist.

Some skin-fabricators have started setting out offerings to the Dark Lady. They say that it's motivated by fear of her shimmery pack of dragons and to appease her hunger for accents. Others say they want to simply thank her for her business.
