Just north of the Shattered Plains lies the Bronze Highlands, a formidable mountain range said to have been personally formed by the Earthshaker himself. Within the great peak of Numen lies the ancient city of Numenara, carved from the very stone itself. The bastion boasts a long and revered history stretching back to the days of the Eleven, though much of it has been lost to the fickle memories of mortals.
The city has recently come under new management, and the new High Queen has put the kingdom at ease- for now. Even in times of peace, however, there is unrest, and the matters of court and country can quickly turn from treatises to threats. Now, the new queen and her court must navigate the intricacies of running a kingdom carefully, lest the same violence they used to take power be turned against them...
