Yeah, I've never sold any accents, so I can imagine it's a little overwhelming. I mostly see people have sign-up lists and when they have 10 people, they collect the 500gems from all and buy the blueprints and submit them.
An idea: If you have everyone pay in advance, you could use the fees to pay for the accent blueprints. =D
