Most dragons purchased for under 10k treasure are exalt fodder (exceptions get familiars assigned). Twyrine, Aspire and Ascend are my fodder names for dragons I bought. HoohleSheets is also a fodder name though.
Dragons after Lucio on page 4 are fodder/for sale. If you'd like to buy any of them, shoot me a PM! Any dragons I have for sale for gems can also be bought for treasure, just let me know.
