There was once said to be a wind clan who threw caution to the wind and enjoyed themselves, who danced for joy and played in the breeze. This was the old clan ruka, led by their leader of the same name. However, this couldn't last forever.

A large upsurge in the strength of devotion to the Windsinger meant that the clan divided. Those who wished to dedicate themselves to his service, left together to work as a clan directly under his command. Those who were close to Ruka himself left to go on adventures in the Southern Icefields. Few remained in the Windswept Plateau, but those who did resolved to cherish every moment.

These days the clan is a quiet one.
dragons quietly go about their business. Most of the clan's income comes from fortune telling, and this income is used to snap up young dragons to join their ranks. It's a relaxed, friendly clan that wants to build and grow, and they'll do just that.
