As you enter the Everbloom Gardens, the trees envelope you in their leafed arms. Aromas entice your senses as you pass through patches of morning sunlight that peek past the shifting canopy. Birds, singing sweet songs, cry overhead as you walk by, your feet cushioned on the soft, springy grass. Flowers open to the sun's welcome, and their petals rustle in the perfumed, moist air. Friendly dragons of many lairs call to you and invite you into their glades, but you, enticed by the beauty of the Gardens, continue on.
At a clear pool you stop and refresh yourself in the pure waters, but a rustle of bushes stops you. Scanning your surroundings, you notice that a berry bush has been stripped clean, and several of its former occupants lie crushed in a purple paste. You think nothing of it and continue on.
Past several more oases, an odor confronts you. Before you rise thick, broad-leafed plants that screen the landscape in front of you. You can hear water splashing and recognize the leaves of cypress trees looming ahead, so you assume that it is safe.
You begin to approach the bushes when a bellow stops you in your tracks.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY SWAMP?!

A green shape begins to move toward you. You turn. They are behind you. There is no escape.
