If you use a Scroll of Eternal Youth Spiral hatchlings are pretty circular; might work for the 'Bon. Sand Eyespots for the wings, maybe? And either an Earth or Ice nest, can't decide if brown eyes or white look better. Dancers are totally Hork-Bajir, yes.
