StormWind7201's Clan

We are the Clan of the Black Sun, (Eclipse). As small as it may seem now, strong it will grow. Dragons and creatures alike of all elements and flights are welcome into our humble lair. We intend to do anything we can to care for our hatchlings and breed and raise them into strong and beautiful warriors of the Arcanist.

Well, that was how it was beforehand.....but the Shade has driven us out and all that's left in front of us.....is one way out. Hopefully we can survive the Scarred Wastelands until the Shade has died down. But of course, such change for such a wounded Clan will take its toll.

For weeks, we lived among the Plaguebringer's land. For a while, we starved and lost some of our warriors due to the foreign contagion, but we still continue to help out those in need, whether they were travelers or those in need of a Clan's protection. Our first brood of eggs were scarce, but after Riot of Rot, our days have grown stronger.

There have been rumors of a new breed emerging from the Shadowbinder's realm. Something called...."Veilspuns?" None of my Clanmates are sure as to what a Veilspun is, but there is one thing I can't ignore. I could've sworn that ever since these rumors started to spread, I could hear the cry of a hatchling, a distressed child, in the night, but whenever I leave my den to investigate, it stops and I find nothing. Perhaps it was my imagination. Being Clan leader is taking its toll on my sleep schedule ever since we moved here.

I've been hearing the crying again and I found out where it came from. A child! And it was all alone and injured. I took her back to my Clan to nurse her back to health, but she didn't look like any dragon I've seen in Sornieth. Was this....a Veilspun?

My Clan has participated in the worldwide cooperative Dustcarve Dig to help the Earth Flight make new discoveries for all Flights to see. We have sent as many supplies as possible and I'm happy they were made for good use. However, after a while, we've stopped hearing word from Velya and her expedition and instead my clanmates inform me on rumors spreading across Sornieth about a secret line of Earth dragons that were found buried far below the surface........
