Eggs are a great source protein, of a lot of vitamins and other nutritional details that my general diet & supplement stack tends to lack, so once every few weeks i'll incorporate an egg into my meal planning. What makes you say they're unhealthy?

Yeah, I am! Once in a while, for health reasons I'll eat fish or eggs but were it not for that I'd probably be vegan as well. I guess that makes me somewhat Pescatarian, but I felt this username suited my flight & lair aesthetics more (:
