Dicerga's Clan

The clan of 𝓦𝓲𝓷𝓽𝓮𝓻𝓼' 𝓗𝓪𝓷𝓭 lives in a fortress made of ice and steel with a chasm underneath it. Many of the residents have become resistant to the cold, even those who would usually be weakened by it.
The clan's culture often reflects the land they live in, coming off as harsh and distant to outsiders. Haughty attitudes are not tolerated.

Some of the residents are ex-convicts and others were banished from their home flights, but it can be hard to say who at first glance since it is not often discussed with newcomers or outsiders.
