Situated in the wandering contagion, the question of diplomacy and power-balancing is something that never rests. As such, the General has formed few necessary alliances with out-of-flight heretics.
Alliances:
The Snow Globe Village of the Snowsquall Tundra; despite being almost detrimentally opposite, there exists a strong bond between the two clans, involving both the exchange of trade goods and of information. This relationship is only further strengthened by the presence of Skimmel, who acts as an ambassador between the two, representing the interests of the village by extension of her heritage as daughter of Panik, second-in-command.
