Rosenarok's Clan

Nestled in the Reedcleft Ascent is a closely-knit lair. The outside has been carved and painted in a series of reliefs, depicting past celebrations, prominent hatches, history of the Wind Flight, and, of course, the beloved Windsinger himself. Around His portrait are many small trinkets that catch and revel in the wind; colored scarves, ribbons, pinwheels, kites of woven feathers, small sets of chimes and bamboo flutes, all in emerald, crimson, gold, and aquamarine.


Over the entrance to the lair stands a carved wooden sign:
'Greetings from the Clan of the Verdigris Paws.
Peace to all who enter here.
~Artuyae, Patriarch, and Moira, Matriarch' it reads. All along its edges are more emerald, gold, and aquamarine scarves and ribbons.




Stepping inside, you enter a great hall. Windows of colored glass stand tall, reaching hundreds of cubits high to accommodate indoor flight, lining the left and right walls. Rugs make the floor a plush patchwork of comfort. Orlaith's amber den acts as a chandelier, bouncing arcs of light across the ceiling. Lanterns spray light through colored glass, dappling the lounging dragons in lively light. Music, soft and high, swells, trills, then falls away, varying in tempo and tone, an auditory representation of the breeze.



At the end of the great hall hangs a grand statue of the Windsinger. This one is of carved wood, also painted in his spring greens, mossy greens, and soft blue accents. He holds a giant brush of wood and feathers. Sweet, delicate incense wafts from his nostrils in aqua clouds. Flower petals cover the floor at his feet. Behind him, the wall is painted as a great, swirling cyclone. The ceiling above him is pale green glass, and raised above the rest of the roof, so as to let out the stale air now sweetened by His Breath.
