The sky is just barely beginning to darken when the smell rolls over you. You've run out of places to go tonight, and the swaying bones and runestones scattering the dense trees in front of you don't look particularly inviting.

Despite yourself, you take a step forward, and two more, then another, until you could stretch out and scratch the thick pine tree bark, flaking and dark. A little blue firefly whizzes by your eyes and you startle. "Hello?"
