CRs are weird like that, it wants the exact 20kt that got attached to it, and not a different 20kt that you got out of your vault or something. So if you ever dip below the amount in the CR, that will make it fail forever. If it wasn't that, then idk

The CR said you didn't have enough treasure. Because of the way CRs work, I think the CR would still fail if you got more treasure afterwards, so I've resent it as a PA.
