It was, and it was unnecessary for them to even make it, they won, they sniped the dragon they wanted, they should of just stayed silent.
i would of been the same way, wouldn't of dared put that dragon on the AH until the matter was settled. i know they are banned from the auctions now, but with there last comment on the thread i honestly don't think they cared that what they did was wrong.
