If you look to the left of your screen, you'll see some large text that says "Library," under which is the "Forums" button. Click that, and from there you'll be able to access "Raffles," (listed under the "General" section of the forums),

I don't, but there are a lot of people in the Raffles section of the forums who have some free dragons they're giving away to newbies! Your flight's forums are also a great place to look for things like that. :)
