What are breeding commissions?

Breeding commissions is basically you ask for me to breed a certain gene, color, or breed in exchange for a dragon you have that you don't want (must be equivalent to your request, it cannot be basic gene for another gene, must be a same rarity of gene), treasure, battle stones, apparel, food, slime, muck, accents, specialty items, or gems.
