450lvl是随你意加起来的。可以45个lvl10、90个lvl5、64个lvl7加一个lvl1。。。等。看怎样对你方便！
2. 风系的人不能参加oof的【raffle】，可是如果要参加别的活动是可以的。跟钱有关的活动， if只能参加if raffle，oof只能参加oof raffle。
