The silence is deafening, for a moment no sounds grace it. And then a moaning, the wind surely as it whips through the icy hills. This is why they call it the Weeping Hills; the solemn, mournful bails of the frigid air as it blows through the peaks. Inhospitable to some.

Perhaps it is why few choose to make home here, and perhaps why so many monsters have found comforts in this place. It began innocent enough, a pair of wildclaws far from the nature they'd began in. They'd carved out a meager existence on the frozen tundra, and were joined by a variety of characters...a few lost, a few who only stayed for a season.

All of them here for one reason or another, but not more strange than the next dragon...

And then they started to take in the dark elements that lingered in the frigid expanse. Weeping and scorned monstrosities, or watchful shadows; the lair littered with living rock, when not watched they flitter away unseen.

Only one bit of advice is offered now when travelers enter:

Don't Blink.
