Ossuary's Clan

Ttiuronohon, who I live with, tells me that it's important to make note of this here. They pressured me into making an account, but the game is interesting enough so far. I think I will mostly use it to practice character writing.

The Ossuary

A small clan of nomads, the Ossuary is isolated and strange. The closest thing that the Ossuary has to a lair is a series of secret burial grounds located in Dragonhome, the bones of their departed hoarded away and venerated with great ceremony. Be wary of venturing down hidden tunnels, lest you find yourself trespassing on these grounds and setting off the curses that await trespassers.

Due to their lack of contact with most other clans, the Ossuary's culture has developed mostly parallel to that common of dragonkind. While not aggressive, the clan is not open toward strangers who approach them without the intent of joining. Even should a dragon attempt to join, they may have a difficult time grasping the clan's dialect, which is drastically different from Common Draconic both in speech and writing.

A superstitious lot, the Ossuary tends to be especially wary of magic, generally only using necromantic and curse magic as part of their tradition and to protect their secret habits from outsiders.

Regarding the deities, the dragons of the Ossuary seem mostly ignorant despite being a spiritually-inclined clan. The only god they even acknowledge is the Earthshaker, but even then their main form of worship is ancestral and deathly veneration. Many dragons claim to have a katabatic experience at least once in their lifetime.

All of the dragons of the Ossuary are warriors, born out of necessity. Despite this, they do not seek conflict, though tend to run into it when they trespass on the territory of sedentary clans.
