Yeah, the site's confused because you sent yourself the friend request and you accepted it, so you're friends with yourself twice.
You go to "view all" of your friends and there's a bar where it says to search friends. Type in your username and send a request and then accept it.
You can become friends with yourself.

The basic tundra is from an Arcane egg, it's a first generation dragon.
