Apricot, a non-contfrontational Imperial, rules the Peachling Clan with a velvet glove. She's little more than a figurehead, which she is grateful for. The Peachling Clan is run like a socialist commune, where food and treasure are freely shared among the dragons, and hatchlings born or brought into the clan are raised with all the adults acting as parental guidance. They are strong believers of the creed "it takes a village."

The clan is concerned with all things beautiful, from familiars to dragons, and their concept of beauty is ever-expanding. Disagreeable dragons don't last long (whether they depart of their own accord or are strongly asked to leave), as the majority of the Peachling clan just wish to exist in the Shrieking Wilds isolated and in peace.
