With an incredible view of the Starwood Strand and over Starwind Bay, the city of the Kairos Refuge is nestled along the river of an island in the Hoverview Vale. After a long, brutal revolt against the leaders of the past, much of the city was left in ruins. The dragons of the Refuge rebuilt it, combining the beauty and grandeur of the old with the technology of the new to create a city that existed in harmony with nature and others. Now, the Refuge values peace and hope more than anything else and they provide a safe haven for anybody who needs warm home and good company.

In reply to your comment, the only Ridge I have left is Hoata and she'd be about 25 gems. I don't actually have a math ratio for these things, it's mostly based on feel, species and color patterns. But yeah hit me up on the xroads if you want.
