This large beachfront town is dotted with a variety of farms, labs and lairs one could ever need (oddly enough, there's a bomb shelter too and nobody wants to know why). Free from the fuss of jay-walking (mostly), murders (somewhat) and bureaucracy (maybe), it is dream town material, if you don't mind that a mad scientist is in charge.

Note: Any dragons without apparels and/or familiars are on the exalt block!
