If you need help, if you're fighting a loosing battle against your inner demons, please, ASK FOR HELP. Talk to your friends, a trusted adult, your doctor - anyone, really. But please don't bottle it up. It won't get better if you keep it to yourself.

But if you're still unsure and you don't feel like you can tell anyone, find something, anything to motivate you to keep on going - maybe you really want to see what happens in your favorite show, or maybe you have a story you really want to tell, or maybe you really want to visit somewhere. Any motivation, no matter how insignificant you think it is, is a good motivation.
