Founded in the summer of 2013, the Clan has seen generations of dragons come and go under the leadership of Kalil and Tama. Two Guardians, one to protect the land and one to protect their people. Together, they knew they found their destiny.
Little did they know that within the Clan, not everyone was as loyal as they thought. Kinnar was craving power. He wanted the leadership. He wanted more. His lucky day came when a lonely nocturne egg fell into his paws. A plan formed:
He would raise this Nocturne like his own daughter. He'd tell her about his wishes, over and over, until she'd believe they were her wishes too. He'd sweettalk everyone into loving her, into trusting her. And when the time came, he suggested her as the new leader of the Clan.
It worked, to some point. A big portion of the Clan agreed to follow Fallen Leaves as their new leader, while another part stayed loyal to their old leaders.
After months of arguing, the clan made a decision:
They would split up into two parties, Tama and Kalil would stay in their lair, protect their land. And whoever wanted to could stay.
Fallen Leaves and Kinnar would travel, live a nomadic livestyle with whoever wanted to follow them instead.
The two parties still remained one Clan, hatchlings were free to choose which lifestyle they prefered and the traveling group would regularly visit home to see their loved ones.
For countless years, this has been the way of the Clan of the Windy Fields, as they called themselves.
But nothing can last forever.
Kalil and Tama have grown old. They had to retire, leaving the Clan open to new leadership. After carefully discussing their option, the clan made a big decision.
As of February 2023, the Clan has left the realm of the Windsinger to find a new Beginning in a new land.
It's the beginning of a new Story.
Will the Clan regret its choice?
