Land of the Three Colonies
Three colonies of dragons settled in a series of caverns near the Twisting Crescendo. The first colony was ruled by Wado Ichimonji, a guardian dragon whose charge is the land that all three colonies live upon. The second colony was a band of pirates, lead by the Luffy, simply seeking to bury their dead. The third colony was the marines, lead by Akainu, who have been hunting the pirates.
Wado Ichimonji's colony lies between the two others. The actions of one of her clan resulted in the revival of several dead and has begun to brew tension between the three colonies. War is on the horizon.
The historian Stardust holds the mostly complete history of the three colonies.
