Ainur: Valar on p. 1, Maiar on p. 2.
Other Canonical: Elves (and Beren), hobbits, dwarves (just Dís), humans, wizards (just Radagast), "evil" characters, animals and in-universe dragons, and dragons named after geographical features.
Non-Canon: Just a whole bunch of dwarves.
I am not interested in selling or trading any of my dragons.
