I've wanted short hair for a while, and now that I finally have a chance to cut it all off, I have no idea what I want to do with it. I've had chin length hair and bobs multiple times in my life, as well as much longer hair, and know that I don't want either of those anymore. I'd love some suggestions or advice, especially from people who have or have had short hair.

Here's what my hair currently looks like, and here's what I look like with it all pulled back.

I'd like to keep my bangs somewhat, and REALLY don't want an undercut. Other than that, I'm open to pretty much anything!

Maybe just have it at just above shoulder length? o: I think that'd look good on you perhaps.

Hmm... I got my hair shaved completely. i got front back and sides at grade 3 and kept my hair on top. I mean, you could do the same and have your bangs? *slides in really fast* I say cut it off!!!! Bobs are adorable imo, and there is such less of a hassle to wash/brush your hair oh man.

definitely cut it short... i really like the styles that @quartzpuppy has already posted. what's the worst that could happen? you don't like it; you wait for it to grow back and never cut it again. experiment!

edit: i say this from experience. i have really short hair.

The great thing about hair is that it grows out again. I say try it out! I had super long hair until earlier this year, and now I'm keeping my hair short and I love it. Short hair is so much easier to handle than long hair and it's really cute!
Maybe look at some short styles that complement your face shape to help you decide!

I'm currently growing my hair out again, but I did have my hair very short like in the pictures above before! It's great, it's so easy to take care of and it's so light.

The first time I got it cut super short like that, I had actually donated my hair since it was pretty long, and that's what I'm doing again!

Thanks for your feedback too, guys! I think I might just get it trimmed today just because reasons, but I'm definitely one step closer to cutting most of it off.
