Most Recent Guide Update: 8/19/2014 - Added new data for Training Fields, Woodland Path, Scorched Forest, and Forgotten Cave.
Running low on a particular type of food? Not sure where to farm for the goodies your pickier dragons want? This guide should be of help! Please note that for venues with items such as Leafy Packs and Fishscale Baskets, I included the food items obtained from those as well. I will be updating this guide a few times each month, as it is an on-going project and the Coliseum loot tables tend to be adjusted every now and then. If you spot an error, please let me know and I'll get it fixed up as soon as I can!
Thanks to: Macabre, Zick3, isosDuke, Ike9899. Thank you for helping me collect data, you guys rock! :D

@Paws - This is such a useful idea! I would've really liked to have had this back when I wasn't swimming in all sorts of food that I didn't know what to do with. Especially Seafood. I remember those Waterway days. =/
Just wondering, do you have a site / little program / spreadsheet / whatever that makes it easy to tally up your data? Cause I'd be happy to help with this if there was one, but I'm really lazy to make one myself with so many possible drops.
[EDIT]: Also, how are you handling dated data? (Since the admins remove drops or add drops to zones, etc.) Do you have a preferred method of archiving?

@Sylvandyr I keep everything in Notepad. *is old-fashioned* I have it formatted like this:
TRAINING FIELDS
Crunchy Moth Legs x28
Dark-Tufted Featherduster x18
Delicate Bat Wing x3
Fragile Moth Wings x29
Herdbeast Hoof x9
Honeycomb Fragment x13
Ivy x3
Perdita Bee x12
Roan Mouse x2
Ruby-Throated Hummingbird x1
Serrated Beak x23
Sun Flecked Fieldmouse x5
Wasteland Pauper x6
White Cabbage Butterfly x2
White-Eared Hummingbird x2
White Lace Honeybee x10
Yellow-Tinged Featherduster x20
Number of battles: 225
And then I just increase the numbers as needed after each battle.
And the dated data is still a bit of an iffy thing, because obviously new items will be released fairly often if past patterns are anything to go by. When drops are removed, I just erase the data of that drop (and anything it added to the percentages/numbers), then it's like it never existed in the first place. But adding new data is trickier, although a few of my fellow Sparks, when we were working on this in the Lightning forums, think it will balance out and not be skewed towards older items after enough battles. Though, I might "cap" it at a certain number of battles (maybe 300), then increase by 100 each time new drops are introduced, until maybe 600 or 700. Past that, I'm not really sure how to keep it even, except for starting from scratch after so many hundreds of battles. It's still a work in progress, but I'm hoping to find a solution that keeps everything at least mostly accurate. n_n;

@Paws - Ah yeah, for dated data for the Coli packs it's easier because they always announce the new monsters (and it's hard to not notice new monsters). But for food items, sometimes they do stealth updates and you don't get a notification till much later, as a side note in some announcement, or you may never get it at all. (Especially if it's a change in drop rate rather than a removal or addition of an item.)
I think for this case, you might just want to keep data in batches, like you said, and keep them split up that way with the dates so that you can toss only a portion of data away when there's new stuff. :x
