As you approach the Starfall festival you are greeted by a collection of colors and music which fill you senses. Tents, tables and blankets decorate the street as banners and streamers dance in the night wind. Stars shimmer and shine above your head as the lights set around the vendors cast a glow into the dark open vastness around the gathering dragons.
As you walk through the paths, taking in all the pleasant sights and music around you a single tent catches your eye. It was a small tent colored with purples and browns with only a little lighting to account for. An old snapper dragon sits proud with a leather bag in one hand and a piece of paper resting directly in front of him. As you approach the tent, curiosity getting the best of you, you catch the gaze of the friendly old snapper who begins to greet you and invites you over to learn more.
[i]"Welcome my friend!"[/i] He begins with, holding out his claw the gesture you to take a seat next to him. As you sit down the sounds of wind chimes fills the air as the autumn breeze flows between the tables. [i]"Please, take a gander at my satchel of runes."[/i] He slides the leather pouch on to table towards you and urges you to look inside. As you open the bag you see many small stones, the largest one being a half an inch wide, and etched on each stone are runic symbols. You look at the dragon with curiosity for any dragon not of the Arcane is unfamiliar with runes. Taking your wonderius look as a sign the course skinned dragon continued on with his explination. [i]"Each one of these stones is marked with a rune. Only the correct runes are the ones which will grant you wealth within the items of my collection."[/i] The dragon then opens his arms to show you the pile of treasures he has collected through out his travels.
He then takes out a rune and places it down on the table before you. [i]"This, my new friend, may be the only thing which stands between you and my riches. Will you chance my bag if runes?"[/i]

As you glance upon the runic rock on the wooden table before you the symbol begins to radiate a pink glow. [i]"I would love to"[/i] you begin with, [i]"but I spent all of my treasure on the other events in this festival."[/i] Picking the rune back up the snapper places it back into his sack, clanking it together with the other rune stones.
Standing up without saying anything more the old dragon sifts through a small pile of items which were placed next to his chair. Knocking a couple of items off the top causing them to roll onto the ground and under the table. He finally pulls his claw back up and places a small old chest onto the table. [i]"This is what you are looking for!"[/i] He had so much joy in his voice it began to radiate onto you as you begin to get eager to see what was in this mysterious chest.
Pulling a key off from his necklace which had been hiding under his robes he began to unlock the rusted old chest and lifted the lid. You lean in to see what was held inside to find more rune stones. But these ones were different, they radiated a magical blue glow instead of the pink ones.
[i]"These stones are for those who have earned their keep in the Starfall festival."[/i] He takes one out and places it into your claw before closing the chest once again. [i]"This stone bestows the bearer different treasures then the other stones. Only the worthy get these ones."[/i][/color]
