Seraph is there because of seraphin angels, like they are Wind's guardian angels :3 They are very loyal, but a bit goofy both because they are more used to flying than to walking, and because of their huge wings. Steadily, they adapted to look like large debris as they flipped and swirled through the air. From far away, they look like nothing more than stray autumn leaves blowing through the air. Their tiger bodies add a sort of hypnotic and disorienting appeal, swirling together with their freckled wings to dissuade predators from attacking. In large groups, they have a great effect on predators, as discerning one flailing body from another becomes extremely difficult. The cloud dragons from those flights have also spent so much time flying among the clouds that they have taken on cloud-like attributes. If we want to be cute, we could say specifically that Lightning cloud dragons have more of an explosive temper, Water cloud dragons love soaring above the seas, and Ice cloud dragons are kind of aloof and "cold".
