He sells exotic herbs, collections of spells, and exotic potions. He's known to only have a few items in stock at a time to keep people coming back to him. He's known to also be a bit quirky, asking for odd things occasionaly insted of coins. Don't ask him where he gets his wares. Your dragons might just loose a limb because of that~~. He's open for chatting and trading. You will only find him selling things in exotic areas, though. Never in crowded places. He's known to hold a lot of secrets~.

This one was tough. I don't have any broad general merchants, though I have three with establishments for food and drink, which seems to qualify.
