[b]Mad Caps[/b] Mad-Caps are extremely playful, happy-go-lucky counterparts to their normally more serious breeds of dragons.This is due to the most obvious of things- the fungus growing along their bodies. It changes them, making them a bit more… Mad. Guardians: Guardians who are infected, either by birth or by other means, never find a charge- or their urge to find one is completely removed. Though, the instinct to find something never is lost, but more changed. Their instinct is to find mushrooms, Glowing ones, and dragons who could become infected. Some see this as just a change in a charge, a change to a need to find things that glow.
They also tend to get a lot less solitary. They’re playful and tricksters, finding others and throwing ‘parties’, in which they get others just as infected as them.

Mirrors: Mirrors who are infected, either by birth or other means, change mainly in personality. They become talkative, social, and most surprisingly- peaceful. They’re more likely to solve conflict with words, rather than with tooth and claw.
They’re also known to play word games, tricking people into doing things just by playing with other dragon’s heads, including that of each others. Sometimes, you can find two infected Mirrors locked in a game of words for days on end, not stopping, not even to eat.

Imperials: Imperials who are infected, either by birth or other means, change only in readability. The regalness of Imperial dragons is near instantly stripped away, the dragons becoming emotional and very intent on making their problems everyone else’s problems.
Other than that, the largest change is the intensifying of their need for perfection. Most infected Imperials are much, much more intent on study in their profession. Either one they pick up, or the one they’ve had already. In said profession though, they find every opportunity to socialise.

Mad-Caps are a rare species created from an unfortunate dragon not following a common rule, if your mushrooms glow, don't eat them. They're dragons infected with the fungus, and their minds are changed completely to cause the infection of even more. In short, they're at the whim of the fungus. It causes changes in personality, so much that some dragons seem to not even be the same in any way.
They're poor things, with a penchant to cause any trouble they can.
