[color=#2F4F4F][size=7][font=Courier New][b]Top Five[/b][/font][/size][/color] [color=#2F4F4F][size=6][font=Courier New]Disappointing Legendary Pokemon[/font][/size] ----- [center][color=#008B8B][size=6][font=Verdana]1[/font][/size][/color][/center] ----- [columns=2][center][color=#008B8B][size=5][font=Verdana]Phione[/font][/size] [center][color=#2F4F4F] This pokemon is a tough call regarding if it actually is a legendary but sticking to the most popular sources, phione is considered a Legendary/Mythical Pokemon. Despite the initial surprise of being able to breed a manaphy, imagine the disappointment when you find out you get a phione out of the egg. The look is a less interesting manaphy, the shiny has hardly any difference from the original, and the stats are ridiculously low. The stats on this legendary are incredible with its attack being able to reach a whopping 460. However, its special ability is a huge cripple. The attack and speed are halved for five turns and that counter will reset if it's switched out, making it extremely disappointing. Although it does have speed, it doesn't have enough strength to put it to good use. Overall, this legendary is considered to be the worst legendary to come out of generation five. As a regular shaymin it gets rounded out stats and a terribly hideous aqua blue shiny form. It may be able to hold its own in a specially designed uber team but that's leaving you open to the most basic types. It has fairly balanced base stats aside from a cut in speed. In the games and even the show, mesprit was easily captured and fairly useless. Some guardian. That's not unlike its uselessness in competitive battles. Any runner ups after this legendary go to the other lake guardians as well.
