Whenever I click on the red cross to delete the forum post it redirects back to Items for sale and doesn't delete the post at all

I had to change the title so I wouldn't get trade requests anymore, but even after the changed title I can't remove it

This, unfortunately, is a known issue that has managed to escape notice for at least three or four forum updates now. Renaming it and letting it sink is pretty much all that can be done at this point, which I see you've already done, but this has been around a long time for some reason.
