the first and oldest of ice rings is toshiro being born with very powerful ice powers they often have other abilies related to they origenal element toshiro has high regen and a reason for peace it seems these where caused by a mutation of the egg getting too cold plaing the skin of the dragon inside and ice ends up encasing these dragon before they are born exposing them to the cold making them forget how cold it is uniting them wth it though the chances on one surviving such is slim most likely the cold will kill the hatchling .

though this was a rare phenomenon dragons intreasted siecne and alchemy ended up exspirementing on the few icerings and decide to freeze dragon eggs to see if they could reproduce it but it fail so they desided to heat an egg and a 1 hour before it hatch the decide to leave it in the cold to their surprize they baby survived though it was born to the plague flight and this young icering looked at all these stRANGE DRAGONS and speaked upsetly the room temperture dropped the plague dragons found them help full in dominating other territory by them freezing and killing most of life the deasise spread much faster in the ice wastelands made by them. the ice ring live all though out the regions thpough rare their lairs end up being covered in ice and about 30 miles around the lair is a small frozen watseland due to their unborn exposure they act much older then they are and prefer being alone cuz they don't want to kill life but they can't change so they live alone most of the time they will hunt utolizing their pale colors hiding in the ice abushing the prey using high density cold freezing their prey to death
