You can draw him with the hood up or down, whichever one you want. I don't have a gijinka ref for him, but I was thinking more older/experienced? He's sort of a mentor for one of the other dragons in the clan with the same sort of abilities, but he's also not really old. probably late middle aged. No idea about hair style but maybe he has accents the color of his tert and its black and fluffy? And I know you said you weren't doing accents, but maybe you can consider doing her? I can choose someone else ^^" if you do decide on drawing her, though, she's one of the guards/patrollers and mostly works night shifts.
