I offer nocturne adopts like the one below for just 50kt! It includes any genes and any 2 apparel :) Any additional piece of apparel will add 5kt-10kt depending on complexity. As far as skins and accents go, it could really range from 10kt to 100kt for the really complex ones, so please check with me yea :)
Also, you can ask for the final to be resized to any size too.

As far as the genes go she has runes. The other two genes are basic. I was wondering If you would be able to do the accent on her wings since it's so simple? I would of course be willing to pay more since you didn't mention them. As far as apparel go I have a few more than two that I would like to be included. You didn’t tell me which 2 pieces of apparel I need to draw and which are the additional ones, so I’m just going to count 2 birds as that :) So there are 9 more piece of apparel, of which only the bird I count as a more complex one (10kt). The lei and flower crown are slightly simpler to me so I’ll count that as 8kt. The rest are really simple so they’ll just be 5kt each.
In total, apparel cost 10kt + 8kt x 2+ 5kt x 6 = 56kt.
I did forget to mention skins, so is that okay if I charge 15kt for it? It was a bit more difficult than I anticipated ^^

I could do the accent for 20kt extra, making the cost 90kt (the apparel are complex). Is that okay with you?
The first 2 apparel are free, and the bird is a bit more complex, so it’s gonna cost 10kt extra. All the other 5 pieces of apparel you listed there are also quite complicated for me to draw except for the nature symbol... so in total all the apparel will cost 55kt extra on top of thr original 50kt :)
