Robin sighed and took a moment to take in their surroundings. How on Sorienth had they been roped into searching for a stuffed toy? Well, whatever the reason, Robin found it hard to ignore someone in need. The Coatl shook their wings out, flexing them and enjoying the feel of the gentle breeze.
They think about the riddle quickly and smile as understanding crosses their mind. Confidently, Robin takes the northern route.

Commelin didn't mind the rain much, with his sleek hide. And while he wasn't quite the kind to pick up an astrolabe (feets), you don't see many snappers that don't know to check their heading.
Or that forget to leave trailmarks, he thought, sweeping lines into the earth.
GONE EAST
((Choice B, I'm pretty sure that's the moon (One of them), I keep imagining Shadyade as like Purple Drank, but with less alcohol and more questionable decision making, and if there's a new choice pinglist, can I go on it please?))

Medli examines the paths and sways her tail slowly as her legs shudder under her slightly. "Why must I always drag myself into these situations...?" She approaches the stone tablet slowly and places a claw on it as she examines the riddle, eyeing it carefully. "H-Huh...? Hm... Well, wouldn't that be...?" She nods as she figures it out; the skydancer having been a wanderer herself, and begins heading down the northern path. "I hope this rock isn't lying to me..."

Wynfor swirls around and sighs, wondering how Blaze got him into this festival in the first place. He flaps his back most wings nervously as he reads the riddle tablet one last time before making his decision. "Why do I always have to go through the mazes, Iwi loves puzzles and yet they're off doing who knows what." he muttered, choosing the darkest looking path.

Kepler bounded ahead, turning around to grin at Cirrus, walking along at a more sedate pace.
"This is fun, isn't it?" He called. "Some father-son bonding time."
Cirrus rolled his eyes. "You're not my father."
Kepler flapped his wings dismissively. "Your mother is my mate. Close enough."
Cirrus shook his head. "It really isn't." They came across a clearing at that point. Kepler ran over to the stone tablet, reading it out loud enough for Cirrus to hear. "Wow, this is tough!"
Cirrus harrumphed. "No it isn't, not to a traveller like myself, at least. The north star. Guiding light of wanderers, seeker of the lost."
He pointed a claw upwards. "There she is. That way we go." He set off down the northern path. Kepler scrambled after him.
"All right, show off, why don't you." He muttered.

Monarch fluttered from Daggersdrawn's back over to the tablet, reading it by tracing the indentations with her clawtips.
"North," Daggersdrawn rumbled. He must have sensed her frustration and impatience, as her fingers rested on the word
saw. She shook her head in irritation, setting her earrings jangling.
Her mate waited until she was once more centered on his back, claws hooked in the straps that gave her a steady hold, before loping forward into the dark path ahead of them.

The white Skydancer was enjoying the festivities. His clan had recently relocated and he took the time go explore the festival and shirk his duties.
Being keen of eye he nudged the little dove that perched on his horn.
"What do we have here?" The dove coo'd and Loxley followed the mushroom to hear the plight of the dragon.
----
Upon entering the wood, he noticed a few other dragons gathered around. He read the riddle and wondered.
The little dove pecked at his gem to nudge him forward to make a move.
"Be quiet little one." He sighed. "If it pleases you, I will take the Northern Path. "
One line in the riddle made him think of the brightest star in the sky.

Acanedawn's heart goes out to the young pearlcatcher, she knows the pain of losing beloved treasures such as a stuffed toy, being still young herself. However, being nearly twice the pearlcatcher's size, surely it's more safe for her to search for the toy. After all, she's not a hatching anymore! The monster won't eat her, right? Determined, the young Guardian heads in, stopping once she reaches the first riddle. After reading it a few times, and having a good think about it, she decides on a path.
