Aquamarine sighed as she pushed aside a branch in the maze. She wasn't really cut out for this... but she couldn't leave that poor Pearlcatcher in the lurch! Maybe the bear would be easy to find....
....A few minutes later Aqua stared at the tablet in front of her in dismay. Oh no! She was no good at riddles, which was part of the reason she had left Shadow Flight for her Arcane Clan to begin with.... but that poor crying Pearlcatcher....
Desperately, she tried to parse out what the tablet was saying. Remembering some odd stories from Bolt about navigating, and some words Merlin had once told her about his current studies, the pretty Coatl decided to take a chance, and plunged down the Northern Route, hoping she had gotten it right....
Choice A: The Northern Route right in front of her

Kepler bounced on the balls of his feet. "Oh, oh! I know what this is! Solar was drawing it yesterday, it's one of the new monsters in the place in Shadow they've been going to hunt! Come on, let's fight it!"
Launching into the air, he swooped down upon the creature, swiping at it with a claw. Cirrus hung back.
"I'm a healer, not a fighter. I'm going to stay here and watch, and I'll patch you up when you're done. The Wendigo, too."

My apologies...I thought that this hadn't gone up until today, and answered the first question without reading the rest of the thread. Since your FAQ says that we can just answer the next day's question, I'm going to continue on the path as if Aquamarine had actually started yesterday, if that's all right. Her original choice was North, so she is now facing a Wendigo.....
Could you ping me when the next choice is available?

Aquamarine stared in horror at the Wendigo. Oh NO! This was why she usually stayed at home.... who knew trying to help a young Pearlcatcher would be this hard? Swallowing, she began to back off. She was NOT a fighter--But what about the poor little one's lost bear? What if it was behind the Wendigo?
Gritting her teeth, Aqua stopped backing up. Was she a coward? Did she want to tell that weeping dragon she had given up after the first few hour? She couldn't fight very well, but maybe she wouldn't have to.... she fell into a crouch and prepared to do battle with this odd creature. Hopefully this bear would be worth it!

Trust that rotten leaf to get him into this mess! Samhain’s instincts scream at him to run – he’s just one lone tundra and has seen first-hand what a wendigo can do to a dragon caught unawares.
However that same knowledge is why he ultimately stays, sliding into a battle stance and snarling right back.
Ginerva had told him that young dragons played hide-and-seek in the Maze and he has no reason to doubt her. If he ran now after enraging a wendigo in the same area he would be lower than dirt. Tundra or not, he was a Dragonhome dragon, used to the harsh conditions and harsher enemies; a little wind magic and some luck and there would be one less "monster that eats hatchlings" in the woods that night.

Ebony relied on her 30 m length to intimidate enemies. The Wendigo wasn't looking intimidated. Ebony was certainly no coliseum warrior, no intrepid hunter. She was a caretaker! She had seafood flown fresh to her floating sky lair from the sea of a thousand currents each morning as appreciation for her role in the clan. With an unhappy rumble she spun looking for a way to escape (B - run away).

Medli shudders at the sight of the beast and begins to back away slowly. She was a natural pacifist, and the skydancer wasn't willing to strike first, but she knew it would undoubtedly attempt to strike her down the moment she turned away; so she slowly steeled herself. "O-Okay... I-I don't have much choice here... Though this shouldn't be too hard... Should it...?"

The lilac flowers filled the air, and Umbrate was enjoying the cool breeze. We should plant lilacs, she thought. The clan didn't have many plants cultivated around the lair, only a few wildflowers. Her thought was interrupted by the appearance of a creature she had never seen before, having nearly flown straight into it. The furry beast towered over her. Its breath came in hot huffs and snorts. She gazed up, frozen in shock for a moment before, with one smooth movement, she darted past in.

Corvus enjoyed the smells of the lovely flowers, and stopped for a moment to munch on them. "Mm~! I'm gonna have to take some of these home! Zinnia would love these!" He said, thinking of one of his clanmates. As he walked, he came upon a clearing with a Wendigo. Corvus was generally a peaceful Tundra who didn't enjoy fighting, and so he instead pulled his goggles onto his face. "Now where did I put that vial?" He reached into his lab coat and found a beaker with a strange deep purple substance in it. Ever since Baldwin had come to town, Corvus had been positively fascinated with alchemy and he managed to come up with this.
As he moved through the clearing the Wendigo watched, ready to strike at any given moment, but Corvus tossed the beaker onto the ground around it, and when it tried to chase after the dragon, it suddenly fell over. The substance was a super-sticky sludge that trapped the wendigo. With the rainfall, it would wash away sooner than usual, but it gave him plenty of time to make his way down the next path without having to engage him in battle.
