Despite the dream of a triple Obsidian coming to an end, your determination will always be the most valuble thing of all. Cheers to all of the 10,000 hatches (especially the incredible ones!), and the scrambling to scry i'm sure many of us participated in.

It was cool to see your journey over the years! I remember following your thread briefly before I left on a hiatus until 2024 and then seeing it still while I cleaned up my subbed threads after coming back! Crazy that we've been going so long, and I totally understand laying it to rest, but this will be one of those things that I'll be a little sad it's ending unresolved but still very happy it happened!
I don't believe I ever bought one of your hatchlings so I decided to rectify that today! Bought this beautiful gal from your AH posts and already decided on a scry for her! Unsure what to name her yet, but I'm thinking Cake or Obsidian to honor your journey over the years <3 Thanks for bringing us along for the ride, friend!

Never say never on the Ob/Ob/Ob. It could still happen. I hope one day you will get a random egg, decide to hatch and there it will be. I will await that ping even if you end up buying one at some point ping me. I would love to see them.

Maybe the real triple obsidian g1 was the friends we made along the way
thank you for sharing your quest with us!! it's completely understandable to stop when you don't find it fun anymore, that's healthy and i respect your decision. i may not have been there for most hatches but it was very fun for the two i've seen :]
