Has anyone else recently (and for me this is like...ten minutes ago) updated their playstyle?

like for me i finally got a mire flyer leveled to 25 and i could cry with how easy leveling & exalting is now with a dragon that can train two at a time?? omg?? this completely changes my whole game. i've been leveling on hard mode this whole time

Finally getting a dragon with eliminate was like 'oh fastest coli in the west yeeeeeeeeeeeehaw' so many less button presses than I was used to.

ive been recently getting wayyyyy more into coli too, lol. im currently working on leveling up a bunch of lvl 25s at a rate i haven't previously, n farming for far longer than im usually willing to. i think i was in there for some 3 hrs today off-n-off, which isn't crazy numbers for some of the folks i've seen reach, but still far more than the the maybe 30 mins max i was willing to put in on a semi-weekly basis.

not exactly a recent change, but I've turned into a project lair.

when I was a new player I was like "what is the point of geneing dragons when you can buy a fully gem gened dragon for 8g?" nowadays most dragons I get are at least a partial gene project, and frequently full-gened from scratch. I just like designing and creating dragons, and buying a "finished" dragon doesn't have that same spark

I've been getting into fandragons recently after having a couple of my oc's as fandergs. Also I have gotten into collecting old dragons and recently got a 6d dragon

I have the same feeling a few years ago, before I got a fodder trainer, leveling fodder must be the HELL mode...

I used to not really have a lot of project dragons or G1s. I'd say about 1/5th of my dragons are G1s now.

omg yeah i spent like 4 years of my time on this site stubbornly sticking w a single fodder trainer pair and also remember being stunned into actual silence the first time i tried a flier

as for me, i started breeding fodder regularly when the achievement system relaunched! i only had like 100 nests to my name before that, after being here for like 8 years. but im a completionist at heart so been breeding them nonstop! nice bit of extra profit too, not sure why i refused to before cus i was def very much into dom then too

I’m slowly turning into a G1 lair, i’ll never be a monolair but i’m trying to replace most of my minor characters with G1s.

I also rarely coli now, i only do it when it’s beneficial or there’s a bonus. At the start i was living in the coli! Couldn’t imagine playing without it.

But even then getting a dragon to level 25 is extremely satisfying and eye opening, i’d love to get that feeling back for anything. Even geneing dragons doesn’t give me as much fulfilment as levelling to max

@Fantelle we have like identical experiences, i never bred dragons at first but now i'm actively trying to find pairs to breed and signing up for nest rentals to get my numbers up!
