they all look great! however, Our Roots Run Deep is my vote because there's a fox :3

They're all absolutely gorgeous, but my favorite is Our Roots Run Deep as well!
That said, Orias Dawn seems like a cheaper project overall due to Ancient gene costs being lower, so focusing on that first might allow you to move on to the next project doubletime, which is always motivating!
Either Our Roots Run Deep or Orias Dawn would be my personal picks. Gentle Embrace is lovely, but it seems like the most expensive of the three, so looking at it practically it might be better to just tuck away funds for that one as you work on the other two so that you can finish it "faster" when you do get to it and are making steadier progress overall.
That said, not everyone prefers that sort of practical method for geneing, so if you look at that and go that sounds silly, I want to do Gentle Embrace first, then at least you have answered your own question of which to do first! [emoji=ridgeback laughing size=1]
