Alternate title, I'm too picky and I shamefully need every detail to mean something within a fandragon. But anyways, I figured I did pretty well with trying to get my Xiao fandragon to match with his in-game outfit:
But I can't for the life of me figure out how to manage with Wanderer/Scaramouche's outfit, it's so complicated because he has so many pieces! This is what I have so far:
I was thinking that maybe changing the breed might work, but now I'm stuck with which breed I should pick. Indecisiveness ahoy. Below I have a few options as to what I'm good with, and I'll explain what bothers me for each one, so I want others to decide as well!

1. Just Add an Accent.
I could just purchase an accent that compliments his color palette? The issue here is that it's a little difficult to find an accent that represents him best. I also can't seem to think of a good item to fill the empty space with his wings, which is what bothered me in his original outfit above ^. |

2. Turn him into a Spiral.
This option is one that kind of caught me off guard. I was messing around with the gardening hats the first time I dressed him up and I realized "wait, why haven't I tried other breeds?" because I'm so chronically Wildclaw brained, and the layering with the gardening hat + sedge hat looks really REALLY good. In fact, it's the only breed that looks good with a garden + sedge hat, which makes me want to curl up and sob. The issue is that it's a Spiral of all breeds; I can't seem to make the outfit look good without all the clothes feeling all clogged up within the center. |

3. Turn him into a Skydancer.
I really want to like this option, as Skydancers have a good pose to show off an outfit that is more body-focused. But-- and there's always a but, the current caller remnant (which I used to represent his in-game cape) looks really goofy in terms of clipping. I tried to replace it with the moth cape, but it introduced even more clipping on his arm. |

4. Don't do anything, leave him as is.
Well, self explanatory. I could just wait until a proper sedge hat recolor comes in, which will probably never happen, but one could hope. |
