LOVE the fathoms, super happy to have a new modern again, especially for one of my favorite flights! instantly a huge favorite and i'm so excited to come up with all kinds of scries and outfits for them. no gripes with the breed, i love them, thank you so much, happy anniversary, etc etc
however i do have one complaint... it feels really frustrating and unfair that the anchors require a gathering-only item (the red octopus) since this is already a limited-time-only brew... i really liked the anchor, i've been excited to acquire as many as i can ever since the event started, and it's really disappointing that i'm going to have to keep wasting my gathering turns on this all week long just to have a chance at getting to brew something that's going away forever.
the scene has the same issue as well, with the dark basalt item, though that isn't personally as important to me; the scrolls, familiar, and vista all require items that at least 1 coliseum enemy drops, so theoretically you could just grind for those, despite 2/3 of those brews being for items you really don't need more than one of... it seems really weird and unfair that two of the items people would actually want many copies of (apparel and scene) are completely reliant on gathering RNG or hoping you can get the materials off the auction house (for probably ridiculously high prices, given the sudden rocket in demand)
idk i'm happy for the dragons but this is about to be such a stressful and annoying week for me now, good luck to all of us that just wanted some cool apparel & scenes before they're gone forever i guess, we're not allowed to even try grinding for those... sighs
